Carmel High school junior wrestler Shane Siefert is off to an 18-1 start during the 2008-09 High School wrestling season.

XTS Speed and Strength: Elkhorn, Wisconsin, United States; XTS Speed & Strength is a results-driven sports performance enhancement training center located in Southeastern Wisconsin.
